We use specialized insulated packaging and gel ice packs for all temperature-sensitive items. We also prioritize expedited shipping methods to ensure your groceries arrive in peak condition.

What is your policy on product expiration dates?

We guarantee that all items shipped will have a reasonable shelf life. If you receive a product that is past its 'Best Before' date, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States to ensure food safety and quality. We are looking into expanding our shipping zones in the near future.

What should I do if my glass bottles or jars arrive broken?

While we pack our fragile items with extreme care, accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the item and the packaging and email it to our support team for an immediate resolution.

Are your products authentic Japanese imports?

Yes, approximately 95% of our inventory is imported directly from Japan. We work with licensed distributors to provide authentic snacks, condiments, and pantry staples that you would find in a local Tokyo supermarket.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has moved to our fulfillment stage, we are unable to make changes due to the perishable nature of the goods.
